Finding your PlayHQ email address

To find the email address you used last season to register with CHICC please contact the Junior or Senior co-ordinators. If you have forgotten your password when registering you can reset it but to do that you will need access to your PlayHQ email address to receive the reset password email. To reset your password you can press the ‘Forget Password?’ link under the Login button when you start registering. You will be asked for your email address and you will be sent an email to that email address that gives you a link to reset your password. Once you follow the instructions to reset your password you will be able to continue with your registration.

If you were a Junior player who was registered using your parent’s email address and you want to have your own PlayHQ login and to keep previous season’s statistics attached to your new login, you can register with your new login and then contact PlayHQ with your parent’s PlayHQ email address, your new email address and name. Once PlayHQ confirm your details they can move your previous PlayHQ statistics to your new PlayHQ email address.
